In London, an interview and possibility of a large sum of money to be exchanged. It is for a car wash franchise though. So do you think a suit should be worn?

yes it does depend which country you’re in and even in which state you live in as in the US, and it depends on which time of year. How about a casual suit, like you’d have a polo shirt on and could take your jacket off if needed.

    Yes absolutely. Act professionally if you are going to possibly be purchasing this place. A cute professional skirt suit would be very appropriate.
